I’m in the process of re-reading the Bible, currently halfway through Judges in the World English Bible, and I feel like I’m gaining some new understanding along the way. God Yahweh was a most mighty presence for the Israelites, and every time their faith was shaken he made sure they felt his wrath. As I read, I find a lot to wonder about. Hoping as I continue through to the New Testament, the dots begin to connect a little more clearly.
Does anyone have any recommendations for Bible versions to compare to?

God showed them ten signs and wonders, before then they had never seen the power of God in such a mighty way, the more He reveals Himself to be real to us with signs and wonders and His love, the more He expects obedience and strong faith. Hebrews 11:4 is a good place to start!
